Katelyn Geary is a classically trained soprano, a theater technician with over 10 years of experience, and an experienced actor and director. She is located in the Metro-West Area where she teaches in-home and studio-based private lessons in voice and piano. Find more information on the ‘Teach’ page.
Katelyn is available for hire as a pianist and singer for private events, weddings, and funerals.

Katelyn holds a Master of Music and an Artist Diploma in Opera Performance, completed at the Longy School of Music in Cambridge. Prior to her music degrees, she completed a Masters of Business Administration and A Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Nebraska.
Through her education and following, Katelyn has been working with local companies including Opera 51, Greater Worcester Opera, Valley Light Opera, SkyRise Theater, Hudson Arts at the Armory, and Six Corners Entertainment. She has worked in a variety of roles with each of these companies, while performing onstage as well.
Notable onstage performances include Hermia in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Pretty Jean in The McAdo, Amore in Paride ed Elena, Bucket Brigade in Total Spiritual, Spirit in Dido and Aeneas, Maguelonne in Cendrillon, and Buffy in A Wedding. Onstage, she portrays lively, genuine characters, using her experience with dance to add dimension and realism to her performances.
Outside of music and theater, Katelyn enjoys gardening, hiking, crafting, and reading, as well as spending time with her two cats.
